I submitted a request for an online quote and received a message saying "Sorry, we can not give a quote at this time." Why not?

There are a couple of reasons why you may not receive an immediate online quote.

First, there are occasional periods when the quoting system is not available. Generally this occurs in the middle of the night. If our system is being updated when you request your quote, your online quote request is stored and a quote is sent to you via email as soon our the quoting system is brought back online.

One other possibility is that your driving situation requires some additional clarification before a quote can be provided. In this case, you will be provided with a quote number and requested to call our call center. The representative will then access your quote and clarify your quote information.
