What happens if I move to another state?
Moving to another state will require us to issue you a new policy. Please call our toll free customer service number at 1 (800) 241-1188 to provide details of your move. At that time, we will check the eligibility of your new state and calculate your new premium either immediately or within 24 business hours. In the rare event a program is not available, we will keep your policy in force for the remainder of your term to give you time to obtain new insurance.
In most cases, your policy number will remain the same. At the time of your move, we will process your request and mail you coverage selection forms for your new state. If your move is more than 3 business days in the future, we will hold your information until the time of your move to be sure the information stays the same.
