We would also like to begin the New Year with an exciting announcement: For the fourth time in a row, J.D. Power and Associates recognized 21st Century Insurance for delivering "An Outstanding Customer Service Experience." We'd like to thank you all of our customers for helping us be a part of a distinguished group of companies that have been certified for customer service excellence!
This month we also continue our series on auto insurance education articles - a segment we call Auto 101. In this issue we feature the article: What Determines The Price of My Policy? This article is brought to you by the Insurance Information Institute (III) and will hopefully be a good resource for helping you understand your auto policy.
Finally, starting February 1, 2010, 21st Century will offer a brand new online feature that will make managing your auto policy easier, while helping out the environment. Our new paperless electronic delivery feature will allow customers the ease of viewing, printing, and saving their policy documentation, all from our secure website. Make sure to read below for more information and take advantage of this great new feature.
