You have questions? We have answers!

Q: I can't track down my insurance ID card. What's the simplest way to replace it?
A: Don't worry! You're not the only one who's misplaced your insurance card. That's why we offer two simple ways to get replacements.

You have questions? We have answers!

1. Log into your policy at 21st.com. Request replacement ID cards. They will be sent to you via the U.S. postal service or faxed to you within one business day.

2. Call customer service at (800) 443-3100 and request the cards via our automated telephone process, or speak with a customer service representative.

If you live in New Jersey or Delaware, keep in mind that we aren't allowed to fax ID cards. And, for New York policyholders, the state of New York requires an ID card listing the new vehicle - rather than a current declarations page - for newly purchased vehicles to verify coverage. Also in New York, the identification card must match the vehicle registration exactly. If the name and address on your policy don't match your vehicle registration, you'll need to call (800) 443-3100 to request your ID card.

Note: If you are renting a "U-Haul" or "Ryder" type truck, you must obtain insurance coverage from the rental company. This is subject to state exceptions, so double-check details by calling 21st Century Insurance at (800) 443-3100 or by visiting 21st.com.
