How do I delete a vehicle off of the policy?

You have the option of deleting a vehicle via our customer service website or by contacting our customer service department.


Website

Please log into your policy using the User ID and Password you created at 21st.com. If you have not created a User ID and Password you may do so by clicking the link titled Register Now. Or if you have forgotten your User ID or Password please select the link for the related option, located under the Log In button.

Once you have successfully logged into your account please choose the Edit this vehicle option, located in the Vehicles section on the Policy Summary screen. Simply follow the instructions to delete the vehicle from your policy.

Please contact our auto service department toll-free at 1-800-241-1188. Our auto service department is available during regular business hours in your respective time zone. Our Interactive Voice Response (IVR) and website are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Important

Please be sure to notify us within 14 days after you purchase a new or used vehicle. Even if the dealership states they will add the vehicle to your policy for you, it is still a good idea to verify the vehicle was added to avoid a coverage dispute in the event of an accident.
