What is the process if a member of the household moves out?
You have the option of deleting a driver via our customer service website or by calling our customer service department.
Please log into your account under Manage Your Policy. If you have not registered yet, please first complete the registration under 'need to register'. Once logged into your account, please select "Endorse Policy". Select the correct endorsement and complete the questions to delete the driver.
Please contact our auto customer service department at 1-800-241-1188. The auto service department is available 7:00 AM until midnight in your respective time zone. Our Interactive Voice Response system (IVR) and website are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
In certain situations, proof of other residency and proof of replacement coverage may be requested.
