"My experience with 21st so far has been nothing but great."

My experience with 21st so far has been nothing but great. I recently got into a car accident as of November 2014 and had to deal with the insurance company of the other person through 21st. The person I dealt with was great and made sure that I felt accommodated through the entire process. They were quick to answer on the phone, and I was never on hold in order to talk to a representative for very long at all. They explained the whole process to me and how I would be compensated for the accident in a very clear and professional manner. I will continue to use this company as my car insurance company, and I think you should too.

I love 21st Century Insurance. They have the nicest customer service I have ever dealt with the are kind, courteous, and very helpful. I shopped around and looked at many different insurance companies. 21st Century had the best rates for me. I have had no wrecks so I have had no problems in that aspect. I have been with them for five years and instead of my rates going up like most companies my premium actually went down. This is the best insurance company I have ever had. If you want a company that cares for its customers I recommend 21st Century.
